MellowGrid Terms of Use

MellowGrid is a puzzle game for personal enjoyment. Every Gate is playable without a purchase. Full Game is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase; purchasers do not receive ads and receive detailed weekly and overall rankings. Purchases, billing, refunds, restoration, and other store transactions are governed by the applicable app-store terms.

The App provides online rankings and sends information from naturally ended, completed runs for both free users and Full Game purchasers. Free users can view their own best and the Kingdom Benchmark. Full Game purchasers can view their own rank and ratio plus detailed weekly and overall rankings. Rankings show a display name you choose to other users. If you do not choose one, an automatically assigned name is shown.

Unauthorized modification of the App or rankings, falsification of results, bypassing purchase-entitlement checks, misuse of display names or ranking data, and use that infringes the rights of others are prohibited. Inappropriate display names, names that impersonate another person or the operator, and names containing personal information are also prohibited. If we confirm a violation or misuse, we may reset a display name, prevent further name changes, or suspend ranking access. We may change or stop providing the service for reasonable operational or legal reasons, including quality improvements, maintenance, security, or compliance with legal or store requirements.
